THE BRIEF
London-based events start-up looking to tackle all events ranging from corporate dining to the Euros.
Their founder Charlie Ford had a vision of how she wanted the logo to look, which involved sticking to a more simple text approach.

The challenge here was the still pursuit a clear visual identity, to make the brand feel at home within the event servicing space.

THE SOLUTION
The solution we came to was to use a modern & clear typeface with clear use of bold strokes. I then used the bold stroke from the 'Y' in the company name to take this brand on a journey.
The stroke is then used in a dynamic way which can connect to many different sectors in the event space. Animating the stroke continuously up and down embodies sound-waves. Allowing the stroke to take the shape of a route could connect the brand seamlessly to motorsport or running events. It's a simple but very effective, versatile brand tool.
